Deep nervous system reset and restoration through sound healing,
vibroacoustic therapy, and immersive wellness experiences.
A sanctuary in the middle of a fast-paced city, designed for those who are ready to slow down, release what the body holds, and return to a state of balance.
Each modality works with the body's natural intelligence, inviting the nervous system to soften, integrate, and reset.
Using Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, handpan, and precisely tuned frequencies, sound healing works on the principle that every cell in the body carries its own vibrational signature. When the nervous system is under chronic stress, those frequencies fall out of rhythm.
Sound waves travel through tissue and fluid, gently coaxing the brainwaves into slower, more restorative states: facilitating emotional release, deep relaxation, and a sense of arriving back in the body.
Low-frequency sound vibrations (typically between 30 and 120 Hz) are delivered directly through the body via a specially designed surface. The effect is something between a massage and a meditation: you don't just hear the sound, you feel it moving through muscle, connective tissue, and bone.
Physically, it supports circulation, reduces muscle tension, and downregulates the sympathetic nervous system. The experience is deeply grounding, one that is difficult to describe and easier simply to feel.
The brain has a natural tendency to synchronise with external rhythmic stimuli, a phenomenon known as neural entrainment. Through specific sound frequencies and binaural patterns, we guide the brain from beta (active, thinking) states into alpha and theta: the territory of deep relaxation, creativity, and recovery.
This isn't about switching off. It's about shifting gears, moving from the noise of constant thought into a quieter, more spacious internal state where real rest becomes possible.
Across many traditional systems, the body is understood not just as a physical structure but as a field of interconnected energy centres, points where physiological, emotional, and mental patterns intersect. When one area holds tension or unprocessed experience, it can affect the whole.
Through targeted sound frequencies, intention, and breath, this practice supports the release of what no longer serves, bringing the body and mind back into a more coherent, balanced state. No belief system required. The body knows how to respond.
A genuine downshift from sympathetic overdrive into parasympathetic rest, where healing and recovery naturally occur.
The accumulated tension of a high-performance lifestyle begins to dissolve, layer by layer, without force or effort.
Many people report lasting improvements in sleep quality, particularly in falling asleep and staying in deep restorative cycles.
Sound has a way of reaching places words and logic cannot. What has been held in the body begins, gently, to move.
When the thinking mind quiets, something clearer emerges: a sense of perspective, ease, and quiet presence.
A return to the body, to the present moment, to yourself. The kind of groundedness that doesn't require effort to maintain.
Each experience is unique and unfolds differently for everyone. There is no single path, only yours.
Every offering is designed with care, to meet you where you are and gently guide you toward where you need to be.
A fully personalised experience, curated around your current state and intentions. We draw from sound healing, vibroacoustic therapy, and brain entrainment, weaving what is most needed for you in that moment. No two sessions are alike.
An immersive shared journey into sound. Guests lie down in a carefully arranged space while live instruments (bowls, gong, handpan) create a field of healing frequency around and through you. A profound collective experience.
For couples, close friends, or small gatherings. A curated experience in an intimate setting, combining the depth of private attention with the resonance of shared presence. Ideal for meaningful occasions or simply gifting rest.
A series of 3 or 5 sessions for those ready to go deeper. The body often needs repetition to truly let go. Each session builds on the last, creating space for progressively deeper layers of release, clarity, and restoration.
Designed for teams that understand the value of genuine rest and recovery. We bring the experience to your space, or host your team in ours. A meaningful reset that supports focus, cohesion, and sustainable performance.
Custom-designed sessions that combine multiple modalities into a single, seamless journey. Crafted entirely around your needs: deep relaxation, energetic clearing, emotional processing, or simply profound rest.
Sometimes the most meaningful thing you can give someone is permission to slow down. A Lunarae Healing gift certificate is an invitation to pause, restore, and return to themselves.
Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, new beginnings, or simply because someone you love deserves a moment of genuine rest.

A healing experience
There is nothing you need to do, achieve, or understand. You only need to arrive and receive.
"The less you try to achieve something,
the deeper the experience unfolds."
You step into a calm, carefully prepared space. The environment itself begins the process of transition, from outside world to inner quiet.
A few moments to settle. To feel the ground beneath you. To let the body know it is safe to slow down.
If there is something you are ready to release or invite, we hold gentle space for that. There is no requirement, only openness.
You lie down in comfort. Sound and vibration begin to envelop you, moving through you rather than at you. Time softens. Thought quiets. Something deeper becomes available.
The session closes slowly. Space is held for integration, for the experience to land at its own pace, in its own way.
"I had a sound healing session and wow! It was a truly special experience. The practitioner worked very intuitively, placing the bowls directly on my body, and I could actually feel the vibrations moving through me. I loved every minute of it.
I came in with some physical discomfort, and after the session the pain noticeably decreased. I also felt much more balanced and relaxed, and slept incredibly well that night.
She creates a very safe and calming space, and you can tell she is genuinely present with you throughout the session. I would definitely recommend this if you're looking to reconnect with your body and reset your state."
"I genuinely didn't expect it to be this powerful. I've tried meditation apps, yoga, everything, but nothing has come close to this. I lay down feeling tightly wound and stood up feeling like a completely different version of myself. I haven't experienced quiet like that in years."
"The vibroacoustic table was unlike anything I'd encountered. It's hard to explain: the sound doesn't just surround you, it moves through you. My back, which I'd been carrying tension in for months, finally released. I fell into the deepest sleep I've had in a long time that night."
"I came in with a fair amount of scepticism, honestly. But the team have this quality of presence that makes you feel completely safe immediately. I found myself letting go in ways I hadn't anticipated. Something moved that I had been holding for a long time."
"I booked the private group session for my partner and I as a birthday gift. We both walked out in a state of calm that neither of us had words for. Three days later we were still talking about it. It's the most meaningful experience we've shared in years, and the most rested I've felt in recent memory."
"We brought the team here after a particularly intense quarter. I was prepared for people to be politely interested. What happened was that half the room was in tears by the end, and everyone left with something real. The conversation in the office shifted after that. Quietly, but perceptibly."
"Sleep has been my nemesis for three years. After the Deep Reset series, I noticed a shift by session two. Not instant, not dramatic, but real. My body remembered how to fall asleep. How to stay there. That alone has changed my quality of life more than I can quantify."
"What I appreciate most is that nothing here is forced or performative. There's a quiet intelligence to the space that Lunarae has created. You're not told how to feel. You're just held in a space where feeling, whatever arises, becomes available. That's rare."
Yes. Sound healing and vibroacoustic therapy are non-invasive, gentle practices. There is no physical manipulation involved. The modalities work with the body's own intelligence rather than overriding it. That said, we do ask about any medical conditions beforehand, as there are certain contraindications we take seriously and discuss openly.
This is more common than people expect, and it doesn't mean nothing happened. The nervous system is working whether you feel it dramatically or not. Some people experience vivid sensations, imagery, or emotional waves. Others feel a quiet, almost imperceptible softening. Both are equally valid. The integration often unfolds over the hours and days following a session.
None whatsoever. People come having never meditated, never attended anything like this, carrying significant scepticism, and still experience something meaningful. The body doesn't require you to believe in order to respond. All we ask is a basic willingness to lie down and not resist.
Both threads are present, and neither is required. The neurological and physiological mechanisms behind these practices are increasingly well documented. At the same time, the experience often opens into something that transcends easy categorisation. We don't frame it either way. We simply create the conditions, and let each person make sense of it in their own terms.
A single session can be genuinely profound. Many people find that one experience is enough to shift something meaningful. That said, the body often responds more deeply with repetition, particularly if what's being addressed has accumulated over months or years. Our Deep Reset Journey (3 or 5 sessions) is designed precisely for this kind of progressive work.
We ask everyone to complete a brief intake before their first session. Vibroacoustic therapy in particular is not recommended during pregnancy, or for those with active epilepsy, certain cardiac conditions, or recent surgery. Sound healing is very broadly accessible, but we always have a conversation first. Your safety and comfort take absolute priority, and we will always suggest an alternative or refer appropriately if needed.
Chronic illness: Yes, in most cases. Many of our clients come specifically because of chronic conditions: fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, autoimmune conditions, long-term pain, anxiety disorders, and PTSD among them. Sound healing is gentle, non-invasive, and works with the body rather than against it. We always conduct a brief intake conversation beforehand to understand your situation and tailor the session accordingly. If there is any uncertainty, we will advise honestly and, if needed, suggest you consult your doctor first.
Deaf and hard of hearing: Absolutely. Sound healing is experienced as much through vibration felt in the body as through the ears. Many deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals find it a particularly profound practice precisely because it bypasses hearing entirely. The bowls are often placed directly on or near the body, and the vibrations are felt through skin, tissue, and bone. You do not need to hear to receive the full benefit.
Metal implants, plates or screws: This is an important question we take seriously. For sound bath sessions using bowls placed away from the body, metal implants are generally not a concern. However, for vibroacoustic therapy or direct bowl placement near an implant site, we apply caution. Titanium implants are typically considered safe; older or unknown metal types require a conversation first. We will always ask about implants in your intake form and adjust the session plan to ensure your comfort and safety. When in doubt, we recommend checking with your surgeon or specialist before attending.
Yes, a growing body of peer-reviewed clinical research documents the measurable effects of sound and vibroacoustic therapy on the body and mind. Below are published studies from medical journals and research institutions you can read independently.
Wear something loose, comfortable, and warm. You will be lying down for most of the session, and your body temperature can drop as you relax deeply. We recommend layers — a soft pair of leggings or sweatpants, a long-sleeved top, and thick socks. Avoid anything tight around the waist, chest, or neck. Remove jewellery before arriving if you can, especially metal pieces near areas where bowls may be placed. Blankets are provided for you.
Close your eyes. Put on headphones if you can. Let this short sample give you a sense of the soundscape that awaits you in a session.
Best experienced with headphones in a quiet moment.
